More fun from Sweden.  Below you will find the latest fashion-safety accessory.  It is called the Hovding.  It costs about $450 and will make you look like a supermodel.  There is also a video for your viewing pleasure.  At first I found it mildly interesting, then I thought “maybe this product has real Merritt”.  But at some point it had turned very funny.  I am used to seeing those “American crash tests” where cars or at least giant weights are moving at a high rate of speed and some serious dummy carnage ensues.  At one point in the video, the alarm goes off and the bicycle is catapulted down the line at around 3mph and falls over.  It was a Monty Python moment for me.  Those Swedes have more of a sense of humor than I gave them credit for.  Enjoy.
