SpiralFrog debuted in 2007 with a new ad-supported music download business model, but alas, it was never meant to be. The company’s website stopped working last night, and a combination of mounting debt and the death of music DRM are most likely to blame.

Oh, the pain. The room, it’s getting dimmer. I can’t hear your music.
And now 7 hours of music will no longer play for me.
