Homecoming Mums, Giant Mums, Texas Mums – this is why people come to thechristys.net. During the fall, greater than 90% of the traffic to our blog is from google image search clicking on pictures of Sarah 
and Katie’s homecoming “mum shots” and the all time traffic champ is the one with Katie falling over under the weight of her giant mum. If you do a search on Texas Mum right there at the top, you will see Katie tipping over with the big kahuna of senior mums. The same mum was slung around Sarah’s neck 2 years earlier but we neglected to take an action shot so she didn’t become the google star.
So, do I get my ego bruised because people drop by our site to get a glimpse of the flower corsage turned up to 111 instead of my witty and insightful stories, or because the mum click-throughs in a week outnumber my comments for 5 YEARS? Of course not, whatever gave you that idea?
